- 1. Digital Services
All PeekVPN products and services are digital and delivered electronically.
Access to the service may begin immediately after successful payment.
- 2. Refund Eligibility
A user may request a refund only in the following cases:
- the service was not delivered within 48 hours after payment
- the service is technically defective due to a fault on the provider’s side
- duplicate or incorrect billing occurred
Refunds and replacements are provided only if the issue is caused by PeekVPN.
Refunds are not provided if:
- the user changed their mind
- the user did not like the service
- the issue is unrelated to service functionality
- there is evidence of abuse or violation of the Terms of Service

Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours after the service delivery deadline has expired.

- purchase email
- transaction ID or payment details
- description of the issue

Refund requests are reviewed and processed within 72 hours after the support request is received.
If approved, refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original payment whenever possible.
